  • The biggest difference comes down to customization of the details and the labor required to produce your event.

    Bow & Rose BAR is our semi-custom design option when the need for fully bespoke isn't a priority. BAR is an excellent option for couples who are fully open to well-styled floral recommendations within a more attainable budget. When we cut out extra costs like delivery, labor, installation, breakdown, custom design sketches, sample centerpieces, frequent meetings & styling, we are left with thoughtfully chosen seasonal florals with an a la carte vibe and extremely excited couples!

  • 99% of the times our couples are getting married for the first time and do not know how much flowers cost + the labor/time delivery it requires to setup and break down a wedding. If you feel like you are putting down a number for the sake of curiosity, thats OKAY, you are not alone.

    To achieve the desired look we are proud of, we do recommend our proposal focus on high priority items rather than trying to squeeze everything into that “magic number”.

    We can always add less priority items as your wedding gets closer if budget allows.

    The goal is to have a wedding with well styled florals that are designed with intention, are beautifully crafted and will photograph nicely from every angle.

  • To keep our BAR a la carte service budget friendly, we do not offer candle rentals as it would require additional ADD ON’s, however, if you’re interested in candles make sure to bring it up during your Quick Chat call or please email events@bowandrose.com

  • Included in BAR is a 30-minute Quick Chat after submitting your inquiry form

    In-person design meetings are not included with our BAR Service, however, we do offer one hour in-person consultations for $200. This meeting is good for the client that wants additional design direction and peace of mind. To schedule an in-person design meeting, email us at events@bowandrose.com and we will send you a link to book an appointment.

  • We do offer several options for you to choose from. If cost is an issue and you want to provide vases we will need to approve them.

  • The vases we are offering are some of our favorites. We selected vase colors we believe fit every style, whether boho, classic or something in between, we got you covered. We will choose the best vase that fits your style, and we will confirm during your Quick Chat.

  • With seasonal floral selection at the heart of what we do, we can’t guarantee any specific flower varieties in your arrangements. Don’t let that worry you, what we can promise is that we will work with the color palette and texture to create beautiful arrangements you’ll love!

  • Of course! We are happy to create a semi-custom design that fits your style. We will confirm the color and mood board with your Vision Form that you fill out.

  • To keep our BAR a la carte service budget friendly, we do not offer full access to our arch rentals.

    If you do decide to rent we will require a strike fee for us to come back after your event to collect our arch.

  • Absolutely! We are also a flower shop. We always have e don’t always have flowers on hand.

  • Yes! As long as it’s 30 calendar days before your event date. In the event you cancel your order, a 75% refund will be issued in the means by which you paid. We retain a 25% non-refundable deposits/retainers for all BAR orders.

  • Unfortunately, no refunds are available within 30 days of the event as our team has already spent time planning and ordering the flowers for your event.

  • Yes, we do offer payment plans based on your need by or event date. Inquire for more information and to see what we can offer to help accommodate your needs better events@bowandrose.com
