Month by month we’ll develop and fine tune your inimitable floral design inspired by your love story, connect with your selected vendors, offer tips and recommendations, create custom sketches that serve as great visuals, review our rental collection and so much more. We’ll ensure you have plenty of say along the way, without overwhelming you. Meetings take place both virtually and in person.

90 Days before your event:
In-person (or virtual) mock-up meeting. Lavenders provided a tabletop mockup with a physical sample of the floral and votive selection. Update floral budget range.
60 Days before your event:
Final Review (30-minutes) call to review the final event design details and confirm any changes or additions needed.
30 Days before your event:
The final payment is due. Bow & Rose will send the final Floral Design Deck with any and all updates complete & Coordinate with Venue & Vendors.
Floral STUDIO
Bow & Rose Floral Studio is our fully-custom floral offering for couples who want what they want with a side of incredible, out of this world floral imagination and 1:1 communication throughout the entire planning process. These couples want to experience decision making with intentional reasoning. What is the benefit of this offering? Besides having a wedding florals you cant find on pinterest because it is truly tailored to your love story, venue space and vision, you also are hiring calm and confident professionals who are fully committed in making your floral experience with us the most premium & seamless execution.

Floral BAR
Bow & Rose Floral BAR is our semi-custom floral offering for couples who want well-styled design options within a more attainable budget without sacrificing quality. What is the benefit of this offering? Besides extremely excited couples who want to cut straight to the chase, you also get access to trending and curated floral recipes to choose from. We eliminate full service costs like floral customization, delivery, labor, installation, breakdown, design sketches, sample centerpieces, proposal revisions, frequent meetings, styling & let you pick and choose exactly what you need from an a la carte menu at your leisure.

Bow & Rose Floral has been designing weddings and special events for over a decade. Co-Owner and Lead Floral Designer Karen uses her architectural logistical background to produce thoughtful and intentional floral productions from sketch to creation.
Flowers give her the absolute most rewarding freedom, to be herself and brighten anyones day.
When she is not designing inimitable floral events you can find her preserving her clients (now friends) wedding bouquets, creating modern day family heirlooms for generations to come.

In contrast to most florists, we do not have a set budget minimum since no two weddings, venues, or clients are alike. We have an incredible team whose focus is to meet the needs of our clients by offering semi-custom a la carte offerings and full-service custom design services.
Bow & Rose BAR is our semi-custom design option when the need for fully bespoke isn't a priority. For clients who want well-styled floral options within a more attainable budget, Bar is an excellent option. When we cut out extra costs like delivery, labor, installation, breakdown, custom design sketches, sample centerpieces, frequent meetings & styling, we are left with thoughtfully chosen seasonal florals from an a la carte menu and extremely excited couples!
Bow & Rose Studio is our full custom design offering when the need for customization is not only requirement but the dream you’ve had ever since you were a little girl. For clients who want what the want with a side of incredible, out of this world floral imagination, Studio allows us to do just that. Studio stems from a collaborative team of designers who source the most dependable rentals, fresh and dry products and frequently communicate with your wedding vendors. We have unlimited access to exotic and premium flowers from all over the globe (the types of flowers you never knew existed and you want everyone at your wedding to be raving about) yes we can get those! Studio isn’t just about re-imagining florals its also rooted in creating a long lasting impression on open minded clients who completely trust our vision.

Our couples often inquire with us 9-12 months prior to their wedding day. To work together, contact us and book a phone consultation. Thereafter, we’ll tailor a proposal for you. You’ll be able to secure your collection with a retainer and contract.
