    • Review finalized design estimate and confirm flower preferences.

    • Provide photos of bridal dress, party dress/suit swatches

    • Schedule Centerpiece Viewing Meeting (Optional) (4-2 month mark)

    • Schedule Candle & Decor Rental Meeting (Optional) (4-2 month mark)

    • Florist to confirm venue access times and any logistical changes.

    • Site Visit Meeting (Optional)

    • Confirm Ceremony Design.

    • Confirm Personal Flower Design.

    • Confirm Centerpiece Design.

    • Attend Sample/Rental Meeting

    • Provide seating chart (for centerpiece counts).

    • Provide Bridal Party List.

    • Provide Vendor List.

    • Florist to provide Venue with COI.

    • Florist to provide a reminder for bouquet preservation.

    • Florist to order flowers.

    • Florist to confirm day-of delivery details (drop-off locations, timing, who will receive flowers).

    • Final payment due no later than 30 days before wedding if updates occur.

    • Provide address for personal flower delivery. (House/Hotel/Venue)

    • Florist to provide a care guide for bouquets and boutonnieres.

    • Last Minute Floral Add-On Window.

    • Provide your emergency contact number for the wedding day.

    • Florist to confirm weather conditions (if applicable for outdoor events).

    • Florist to confirm arrival window with venue.
